I need a double sided flyer (paper for handout)

We have allready created one, but logo and colors for the company has changed. Please see the old one here for inspiration/style:

Text used in flyer will be provided after contest. Please make room for text similar to what is on existing layout

Technical requirements:
- You need to design in inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Quark
- You need to install export settings (PDF presets) from our printer and save in this format if you win contest
- Size of the flyer must be 105 x 148 mm with a 6 mm frame for cutting (canvas size is 111 x 154 mm)
