Design a Floor Plan for a 1 story house.

The dimension of the House is 38 feet by 38 feet, this is the building are not the plot size. I need the below things in the plot.

3 Bedrooms.
2 Bath rooms.
Living space.
Front porch.
garage for bikes ( not car garage).

i have attached a file which would give the idea of what I need & expected size of the rooms & bath rooms, these are just an indication. Just make sure you dont make them drastically small or big otherwise feel free to work on them. The biggest challenge is staircase & bike garage.

In the attachment all the bedrooms are same size, that's not a requirement. Also check the link blow.

Wall thickness outside 10" inside walls 5'.

I have a question for you. When you say one story house do you mean ground floor+1, or only ground floor? And if there is 1st floor, what will you have there (this is important for positioning staircase). Thank you...

  Absolutely not. The floor is on the ground. The height of the ceiling is 10 feet. As this ground floor I need a staircase too, to reach 1st floor.
