Contest Brief

We own a flying school (www.hartwigair.com.au) and have a great new logo (files attached). We want to be able to turn the logo into a pilot wings badge, then award them to our students that graduate. All silver, all gold, and a mix of silver and gold - depending on what the level the student achieved.

The purpose here is to be able to send the design to maufacturers as a spec to have the pins made.

The badges will be about 7-8cm long and about 5mm thick. We want them to be worn proudly as jewelry. Have included a couple of examples of wings I like to give you an idea of what's needed.

Happy to provide feedback and more information as needed.

3D rendering. no changes to logo either. we don't want it redesigned, just made 3D and mounted on a flat metal backing.

HI David I little bit confused, Please can you make a description little clear?
in final what file you need?you need 3D .STL For 3D printing on 3D metal cutting printers for manufacturer or just a Visual look as a Picture? I ask this because you have given dimensions 7-8cm long and about 5mm thick.
and question 2
you provide a examples and your logo, and brooch example that clings on Garment as necklace. but you already have metallic look logo. -> Harwtig Air BHFS metal logo, cropped.jpg ....or you want just very realistic look??

  Hi - I'm just after a 3D view to send to manufacturers as a picture, or series of pictures. The sizes are really to maintain relativity - so ignore if they are of no value. The task is to take the logo, render it in the gold, silver and mixed way on a base-plate and put up several angled shots. This will cut down discussions and confusion with Chinese manufacturers.

  It's bright yellow. Need a gold, silver and mixed one that means the Directors can see what the badge will really look like. Need metallic finish, and perhaps shaping the base-plate around the wings rather than just rectangle.
