Project Description

I am looking for a graphic designer to create a clean, high-impact 8.5" x 11" direct mail flyer for a real estate marketing campaign.

This piece will be mailed using USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM), so the layout must comply with EDDM guidelines.

The goal of the mailer is to reach homeowners who may be thinking about selling but are hesitant to sign a traditional listing agreement.

The design should feel:

• clean
• modern
• trustworthy
• easy to read in 3–5 seconds

Avoid typical flashy real estate postcard designs. The message should be the focus.

8.5" x 11"
Front and Back design
Include proper bleed for printing. So art size 8.5" x 11" total with bleed 9" x 11.5"

Important USPS Requirement

Leave a blank area on the upper right corner of the back side for the USPS EDDM indicia / postage marking and addressing.

Please leave:
4.25" x 2.25" blank space in the top right corner of the back for the postal indicia and address block, see template

Do not place graphics or text in this space.

• Strong headline typography
• Plain or lightly textured background
• Minimal graphics
• Professional but approachable
• Easy to read from a distance

Include a small professional headshot near the contact information on the back.
