Design an interesting logo for a property refurbishment company

I want a tasty looking logo, something that inspires the feeling of credibility but doesn't look boring.

The company is a UK company, so bear that in mind when designing.

The company undertakes the following domestic work (domestic as in working in peoples houses) ;

Electrical installation - house rewiring, fitting new sockets and switches and lights.

Kitchen fitting - supplying new kitchen units and doors, extract fans, cookers, fridges, sinks and taps and tiling the walls.

Bathroom fitting - Supplying and installing shower trays, shower enclosures, baths, vanity units, sinks and tiling.

Plumbing and gas work - fitting new condensing combination boilers and radiators.

I'd like the logo to try and portray those main subjects, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical and gas / plumbing installation.

The logo text is - C&N Property Solutions

The strapline - Reliable, Local, Affordable.

I'm open to designs without a strap line if the logo looks better overall without one.

In terms of the colours i don't really have any specifics but i would like it to look bright / vibrant but not bright as in lime green.

Hopefully that gives you enough to go on.
