Please design a yard sign that we can use to direct prospective apartment renters to our building.

Should be directional--i.e an arrow we can point toward which way they should go.
Should attract attention and stand out.
Sleek and modern, urban design (this is for a building in a city)
Address: 5660 Kingsbury
Leasing 7 days a week
Our logo attached--please try to incorporate the feel of the logo (or the logo itself)

Size: 12x18 minimum, 18x24 maximum (inches)

Color is important! A bright, eye-catching sign is the goal. My logo color is too dark and should not be the main color of the sign. The sign should be all about the property address and which way to turn and NOT about Nash Properties. Don't make my name/logo the emphasis of the sign. We don't want lots of graphics either--it is too confusing and "noisy". We want a sign that catches eyes and tells people which way to go. Thanks
