NEED PSD of SALES PAGE. My coders will program the PSD into Wordpress.

Attached is the sales copy (FMI GUild v2 Mike Shreeve.docx) that I need designed into a really clean, dynamic, and clear sales page. I had a layout designed so far with another designer and I'm unhappy with the way it looks (attached - membership page 050214 markup.jpg or also viewable here: http://180.211.99.162/design/fmi/membership2.jpg). Feel free to pull the FMI product specific banners and the three founder headshots from the attached layout. But please change up the graphics, I really dislike the style shown in the attached sales copy proposal. I don't like the colors, text is not properly called out, etc. I need someone to design this who understands the purpose of a Sales Page and make it look very professional.
