Here is a design I am currently working on

This is a primitive design and I want to improve this design. You can find the psd here http://imajination.in/00dev/pink/bb.zip

What I need is a simple, cool and formal looking website design. You can take the color theme and content ideas from the design (pink shade, highly readable sections, easy navigation) Please come up with your original ideas. This contest will be open for only one day. So please hurry up

Note : The best design will be given a chance to the 'psd to html' project of the same design.

Edit : Please donot re-touch the PSD. Take inspiration and post your new design. I am not looking for variations but new designs based on the one attached.
