Redesign the existing site: www.propertybuyer.com.sg

List of designs needed:
1. Logo Design for the site
- Preferably square logo or a rectangle logo which can be crop out to a square logo if needed in the future.
2. Home page design
- Search option for Property Projects, Property Listings and Agents
- Display latest Property Project, Property Listings and Agents added to the site with a featured corner for each category
- Quick summary of latest 10 new listings added to the site
3. General inner page template
4. Main Landing Pages
- New Property Project Launch/New Property Listings for Sales/New Property Listings for Rent (Same landing page design for this 3 pages)
- Mortgage Landing Page (www.propertybuyer.com.sg/mortgage)
- Agent Page (Show the list of agents and the featured agent at the top) (www.propertybuyer.com.sg/agent)

Addition Requirements:
- Color Theme: Any shade of blue and green as main color
- Must achieve professional looking feel
- Easy to navigate
- Final delivery in PSD file with layers (one for each main design)

Other note:
- No implementation is needed, we just need the PSD files as the end product.
