Just a few suggestions to get you more people to provide you with samples for contest is to 1) don't reject as the person loses points and most people don't like being rejected; 2) Focus your colors on your icon as most professional businesses use the colors palette in their logo if they have one. Hope this helps! :)

Home would have just a brief intro about the company and what we do
about us would be like a bio for the staff and company
contact us would have a form as well as the contact information for the company
our services would have a list of services that can be clicked on that then goes to a page for for that service in more detail
