Attached is the base mockup for the designed of the template we would like. I will be picking 3 designers for this project. This is an urgent project.

The inspiration and style/layout needs taken from http://bit.ly/P6er4b (skip the intro)

Instead of 4 boxes in the middle areas (Dermal Fillers, Botox, Chemical Peels, Skin Care, it should only be 3 boxes (Botox, Fillers, Lotions and Potions). This design will be used for a medical spa related business. Please use your creativity to come up with your ideas.

The Navigation Bar (with circle icons should be the same) as the attached example.

3 areas in middle, Botox, Fillers and Peels/Potions – should not have borders and be very similar to by the thedrybar.com website.

Will need two (2) pages designed:
Index page (attached sample)
1 inner page used for other pages such About/Services etc…

Need this delivered by Friday 28th at 1pm EST. Please bid only if you can start and deliver on time.
