I need a modern website designed for my dental practice. This contest is for you to design the Homepage ONLY. The winning designer will be offered the opportunity to design (and code if able) 10 other pages as part of a standard Freelance project. You are to deliver a PSD file of the homepage design.

I have a logo attached. The design should compliment these colors and design features. I do not have text written, so filler text is fine when appropriate. Will end contest early if good design is received. The menu bar will have the following options: Home, Team (Meet the Doctors, Meet the Staff, Tour the Office), Patients (Request an Appointment, FAQ, New Patient Forms, Post-Op Instructions), Services, Smile Gallery, Blog, Contact
