We need our concept polished.

Logo & variations must be in layers in Adobe Illustrator file so colors can be changed.

- first review the attached JPEGS of our current ideas, this is the starting ground for what we need.

- the "concepts" jpeg shows the variety of layouts we would like. we need 4-6 different takes on it.

-CORE logo (shield & arm) reworked & polished
-CORE logo with "Mass Attack Roller Derby" in banners split above & below (mass attack, roller derby)
-DIVIDER/BANNER (a horizontal logo with a banner behind it) to be used as a banner or a text divider on posters
-THUMBNAIL for Facebook, etc.
-ROUND version for pins

Text/Font should be HAND ILLUSTRATED not a stock font
should have a tattoo-art feel (with art & writing) but not TOO tattoo

  Hello! here is our final review! the part of the banner at the bottom where the star is located--this looks a little large in proportion to the rest of the banner, like it is not proportionate. could you squash that area a little bit from top to bottom (vertically)? And bump the banner location back to where it was in 15 because that is what my colleague meant but i misunderstood her and thought she wanted the banner bumped up. she just wanted the area at the bottom to be squashed up a little. does that make sense? otherwise we are very happy with it. I might like to see the right side of the banner continue up behind the sword so the banner is asymmetrical. we have another logo I would really love for you to redraw as well.

  hello! we would rather not have the banner touching the arm in any way, and if it's possible can i see a version with a little asymmetry in the banner? maybe the ends are a little different somehow? also please move the banner up a little bit closer to the shield. is it possible to try a take on one of the other concepts as well?

  hello! this design looks fantastic but still a little bit to work on. Can you remove the grey from the banner for now and keep it red/white/black? also provide a 2-color version? I would like to see the banner a little more free-looking, less thick lines. more like the banners in the tattoo art. but i really like the direction you are going.

  thank you yoky your style is a little too pirate and not as much derby/tattoo. the arm also looks like a soldier and it should be a woman's arm with derby protective gear like my example, and the same layout as mine. thank you

i have posted two more graphics, "emblem" which shows what the SHAPE of the arm & sword & shield should be. "style" shows the type of artwork we want.

  thank you for your artwork, i appreciate that you read the brief and drew something original. it isn't quite what we are looking for, the style should be a bit more hand-drawn looking (like tattoo art) and the shield and sword should be very similar to what we have provided (the shape is important, and the type of sword). i will post another jpeg by the end of the night showing the emblem we are replicating, it is a crest for the town we are from. It depicts the type of shield and sword we need. but very nice work
