I need a t-shirt designed for my restaurant. It will be for the employees who are delivering catering orders. I would like the front of the shirt to have the logo at the top (file attached). Under the logo I would like it to say "Greek Restaurant" and under that I would like it to say "631-979-2000". On the Rear of the shirt, I would like it to say "Catering Crew" Preferably with the word crew under the word catering. I need these shirts ordered ASAP. Please submit multiple entries. I am not sure if "Catering Crew" is the only text I want on the rear. I might also want the phone number or the logo on the rear.

For colors, I would like only the colors black, white and blue to be used. Either a black shirt or a blue shirt.

The attached file of the card has the logo on it. The only file I have of the logo by itself is a corel draw file and I can't open it.
Picture 73 attached is a picture of the logo as it is on the front of our restaurant.
