I need a unique and easy to read yard sign for residential real estate. The sign will go in front of houses for sell. Keep it modern and simple yet classic.PLEASE see picture I added of a color example of a classy sign that highlights the agent.
Sign Size: 30 height x 24 width sign and 6 height x 24 rider sign (see sign example attached because these are really 2 separate signs that attach as one in the frame).
I need 2 versions of the same sign (please include both in your design):
1. sign black and white.
2. sign with color.
Sign frame: white in picture but could be black if better with design.
Sign background: white if white frame or darker color that goes with color scheme
Sign must include the following:
Dwelling and Design logo attached (should be at top)
