I am looking for a presentation folder (for holding 8.5 x 11 paper) )design in adobe illustrator that can easily be printed by online companies like vistaprint.com, gotprint.net, thepaperworker.com.

Logo design and stationary design already in use are attached. Color scheme is open but logo should be incorporated. Do not know if it would work well but would like to see one with primarily black as well as other white/blue (logo colors) but am open to other colors that fit the professional look of a medical imaging company, dealing with xrays, ultrasounds, CT's, MRI, etc.

All of the items attached do not need to be used in the design, but to give an idea of some of current marketing materials. The winning design will get final logo files, higher resolution graphics if needed, from attached files, and contact info to complete project.

Final deliverable should be adobe illustrator files, for standard size presntation folders, pockets, no pockets, w/wo business card slot

Thank you so far, designs looking very nice. Remember not all graphics have to be used, logo most important, but you are welcome to use those other graphics or other similar if you feel fits your design. Please make sure you are using sizes that match templates/sizes required at those print services.
