Design a pet groomer logo with branding

I need a logo for a pet grooming business. The name of the business is Swanky Mutts, and should be included as part of the logo. The tagline is "Luxury Pet Spa". Pet related graphics (e.g. paws, bones, etc.) can be included or not. I would like the logo to indicate a spa-like experience, more decadent and glamorous than cutesy or rustic. I need the logo in EPS format in several versions including full-color, b/w, with a transparent background, and both with and without tagline. I will need the name of the font used (one that is easily accessible) as well as RGB codes for the color palette. My only thought for the color palette is that I like soft pinks (around RGB 238, 216, 222), but am open to your creativity so please don't be limited by that.
**Edited to add that providing a complementary color palette to use for web design, etc., is almost as important as the logo itself. If the logo is 1 color, that's fine, but please provide a complementary color palette that you envision using for branding. Additional work may be available for the selected winner.
