ok, didnt know about 50 + . I will make fonts bigger and 8 pages (maybe 10 but will try with 8), any others suggestions? I will prepare half part of brochure to show you and If you will award me will prepare the rest of - can it be that? (its lot of text and taking a lot of time with layout)

look nice and clean but may be squashed when you add on the rest. You can consider an 8 page or 10 page as well please note that that my target market is 50 year up so big font needed.
