I'm looking for a logo for a new photographic studio space that myself and my business partner have just opened in Richmond, VIC, Australia. The business name is "Warehouse 100" and we probably want to have "Studio Space" written into the logo as well. (See attached image for my current business logo, I want studio space done in a similar way to how "Photography by Jack Salzke" has been done).

The logo should be a little bit grungy (as it is a warehouse space) - but still clean and sophisticated (I will attach a collection of logos we like) - however, feel free to interpret the brief in your own way.

We are also looking for something that will work as a solid colour (be it black and white, or any other colour we choose to associate with our brand), whilst a multi-colour or multi-tone version isn't required, if it can be done well whilst still working as a solid colour that would be chosen above something else.
