Contest Brief

Always a pleasure dealing with Freelancer.com's community. Here is another logo request:

-"Vendo y Financio," in Spanish means "i sell and I finance." The site will be a real estate portal for people looking to buy, primarily homes, things that have financing in place (easy qualifying programs).

-Though not necessary to keep this, our current logo is black letters on a yellow background.

-The site will feature HOMES that are for sale with financing available. Example: $5000 down payment, the rest if financed in house.

-In your messages, if any, add the line "I'll love to try some Memphis BBQ someday" to ensure you are a human being that can has read the qualifications above. Abstaining from this simple task will immediately disqualify you. Sorry, that means you too Elvis.
