The homepages http://www.triz-shop.com/ and http://www.triz-seminar.de/index.php/en/ should be merged to a new homepage of the "TRIZ Consulting Group GmbH" (Draft of the homepage to be find under http://www.meeyo.de/testserver/triz/ (User: admin, Password: triz1234#)).
TRIZ is the Theory of inventive problem solving. An art with that you learn engineers to generate more ideas than usual. So creativiy as an excat science.
Therefore we need a new logo for the homepage and for the use within our printing material. The logo has to be in vector graphic format.
We also need with the logo a new template for our powerpoint slides, as the course material should be also pointing to the new image of the company.
I attached the old template, the not yet finalized english version of the course and a chapter out of one of the courses. This is the layout that we used up till now. The new layout should have a modern feeling like the pages on http://www.meeyo.de/testserver/triz/ but at the same time be not totally different from the old design to make it easy to transfer the old files to the new design. In the template there should be a title slide and slides for the content (see master slide in template). The title slide should not have the pictures of me anymore, as the slides will be used by different trainers now.

Deliveables are:
1) Logo of the "TRIZ Consulting Group" in vector graphic format
2) PPTX-Powerpoint 2010 Template in Powerpoint 2010 format

Cool would be also, if you can add the colors to use in the PPTs, that go well with your selected logo colors. So if your logo has two colors, give advice which other colors would go good with it and should be used in the Powerpoint for headings, tables, etc.

It would be wonderful if I would not have to change my slides too much and could use the logo with PPT-Templates that can use Arial-font as the main font in the slides. But still the logo is more important and I would sacrifice the PPT-Template for a good logo design.

Please use "TRIZ Consulting Group" and not "TRIZ", "TRIZ Consulting" or "TRIZ Consulting Group GmbH"

So it's a contest; not project bidding? Does it mean if I join here, I can only get paid with 130 Euros and can't bid my own price? Am I getting it right?

Yes, that is right. Many designers (more than 30 normally) will send their design and one of the desgins will be awarded the 130 Euros.
