Looking for a logo, design and concept for Start-Up "Last Dates"

About Lastdates

1. Last dates is news startup (website+mobile app) for masses (students as well as professionals)
2. Last dates is social, provides social networking and messaging/broadcasting capabilities to corporates.
3. Slogan if required (try not to include slogan in logo, unless you make it real awesome) - Connecting billions

Logo Requirements
==============
1. Needs to be cool, young and professional (bright, clean)
2. Easy to remember, recall and unique (should create a memory)
3. Conceptualize the Logo, and may use any unique icon or character
