Design a Logo for Residential Building.

Contest Brief

We are looking to create a logo for a Residential Building. The name of the building is "Greenhouse".

The logo should include the name be simple, elegant, and unique. You could also add the slogan "Santa Maria" if you want to but is not necessary.
Please see attached render of building. (I am also including two presentations of two logos of competitors that we like)

We would like to see various versions of the logo and pick out the best one. The logo will be featured on all sales materials, and eventually be put on the building as well.

      text oriented I would say.. take a look at the two competition samples I uploaded.. Something like that. Text with perhaps some unique symbol. Something that will look GOOD on marketing materials for the project.
