I need a logo that being focused on the management of personal finances and wealth, reflects that though sometimes difficult, success on management of the finances and money, is possible through full determination and discipline, it doesn't matter where you are, you can always accomplish it

This logo will be used on a web site that will provide advice on financial freedom, debt reduction, will have a dashboard reflecting User status on how well they control income and expenses and where coaching and consulting services will be available.
There will be also sections related with self improvement and personal success

I don't have yet a final name for the website/service, but it would be definitively related with personal finances management
Neither I have a slogan, but it'll be defined based on the values I'm depicting in the submission.

Colors will be proposed by designer, based on what they understand of what colors represent.
For example (not necessarily correct): You can use blue if you understand as designer that this color represents discipline (hard work), green if among designers it reflects a better future or it motivates people for full determination, etc.

When submitting your proposals, please give a description of how the overall design or each color, figure, symbol expresses the values described above (discipline, self determination, personal success, goals accomplishment, etc.) and how such image/representation motivates/engages people on pursuing those goals (mastering wealth/money, debt elimination, financial freedom)

Also please describe what formats you'll provide with the final deliverable (images sizes, dark background, transparent background) or what the requirements would be to integrate into websites, personal business cards, banners, etc
