Contest Brief

I own a real estate brokerage in Accra, Ghana, and i need a new logo designed. Please see my current logo at www.homesandmoregh.com
I would like to maintain the colours, but i'm looking for something more original, as many of the real estate companies in my country have some kind of house as their logo. I don't mind using something similar but it should really be a strong brand, that is both welcoming and friendly but professional at the same time. Contest winner will provide me with the logo in all necessary formats and sizes for placement on my site, avatars/profiles, and to send to printers for business cards etc
