Hello all, we need a logo designed for a milk product based company. For company name, check the attachment.

Here are the requirements.
1. If company name is engraved in the style of milk, then it will be better. Find milk.jpg
2. You can use a bear image, something similar to the attached one (bear-image.jpg). It must be similar by 30% - 40% , not same and similarity percentage must not increase 45% as that will cause a copyright issue..
3. Company name must be clearly visible on the logo.
