A non-profit community mental health center is partnering with the San Jose Sharks (NHL) for the first annual Mental Wellness Night. I am looking to personally pay for this contest to procure a logo for the night, probably something that mixes mental health and Sharks. Maybe you might do a logo with a shark in therapy on a couch, or maybe you'll do something unexpected that amazes me!

Please do not make a logo that resembles the San Jose Sharks logo in any way and it's possibly best to have a different look, feel or species of shark than what they use. The file should be something high quality that can be blown up large, but will generally be used in small formats. Vector might be best, but I'm not fully familiar with this field.

I have guaranteed a winner for the $50 prize. The winner's name will be listed on our website as a thank you for doing this work at a discounted rate, since you support mental wellness and the prevention of psychological suffering!

Its print ready illustrator work and made of 649 hand placed sharks so far. Don't know if i will finish it now.

Thank you everyone for your participation in this contest. As I have said before, when I started this I didn't really know what we'd end up with or where it would go from here. But this public design process has yielded 26 amazing submissions, real pieces of art, and it was a very tough choice in the end. Superiots will be our main logo and geniedesignssl has provided us with the character we'll use for certain elements of the event.

So I think the winner will be one of three I rated 5 stars. The only new addition I'll consider is a shark on a couch getting therapy! Winner should be announced real soon though. Thanks everyone for your fantastic logos! You have really made me a fan of this site and I plan to try to get a children's book illustrated through this site now that I see the quality of submissions I get back.

The slogan for the evening has just been created. It is "Face Off with Mental Illness" in case you want to play with that in your design. It's not required but might inspire you to take the design somewhere new.
