We need a logo that would look good on a small package. A clearly identifiable logo that is eye-catching but simple. I'm looking for something that looks like a stylized "swirl." So basically a swirl icon.

The company name is Mad Romance Baking Company, which is a long name, so I believe it would be a good idea to rely on a big icon that is evocative and does not rely so much on the lettering in the name. I would like to the logo to fit on package labels that are about 2' by 3". Again I am more interested in the "swirl:" being featured, not so much the name.

Why a swirl? Sometimes you see a swirl when making batter or sometimes a swirl or spiral is created. Hopefully we can come up with something that is a stylized swirl of some sort. The fewer lines the better.

I've attached some pictures of swirls, just as a take off to conversation. One of them has a spoon also, something to think about for a logo?

Also attached is a logo from a real bakery in San Francisco which has a type of logo I like

  Thank you for your entry/suggestion. I like how you tried to incorporate the spoon - it looks like an artist's brush, which is awesome!
  however, the overall design is too busy. Can you make it with less lines? I do not know if you can see other entries. but can you try less lines such as entry #2 ? Thanks!

  This is a very good question. As ultimately this is for a food label, so the color spectrum should be warm and appetizing. Think baked goods. Entry #2 so far has the right idea I was going for. Stay away from too cold of colors, like blue and green.
