The logo must have the word "softservlet".
We usually develop web applications, but we are focused to any type of software.
I usually like the flat designs, without gradients or other heavy effects.
It will fit on a website like this: http://htmlstream.com/preview/unify/
As the colorscheme i would prefer red + black + white, or light blue + white, but these are only my ideas. I am open to new ideas from you, so feel free to post many variants of your logo.

Some logos that would fit my preferences are the freelancer's logo, or the rackspace.com's logo. So image on left, and text on right.
Also i think i would like an logo like this: Soft_img_Servlet. But also here, feel free to release your imagination and creativity.

** Please post a variant also on white background.
