Design a logo for an IT Management consultancy start-up company.

The logo should have the following characteristics:

- Professional and modern appeal

- consisting of Two elements
1, A distinct icon or symbol
2, The company name "PerDiem" in a distinct font.

- Design in vector format (suggesting Adobe illustrator, *.ai)
- symbol + company name
- symbol only
- company name only

- Simple with few colors (If more than one color is used a single color version is needed)

- Avoid trademark issues

Dear contest holder.. Please rate/feedback/review #140 and #141.. No.140 is a modification of our highly rated post #119, since the creator of No.44 accused me in public and under the post's board that I am copying his work! Which I am not! Since when font are called design? In fact his/her design is nothing near mine, just a text with overlapped initials.
