Please send your best design for our company logo -- Home Sale Saver. Our website is HomeSaleSaver.com. Our website is currently being overhauled to fit our brand. We would enjoy a logo that is clean in design, simple and stands out.

HomeSaleSaver is based on helping clients keep equity with them. When selling and/or buying a home expenses can mount quickly. By offer set rates we are able to help clients save money. Our rates: 1% Home Listing, 2% Buyer Purchase -- Example a $250,000 would be charged $2,500 for our services + a set amount the seller decides to pay the buyers agent. If a buyer using our service purchased a $250,000 home they would pay $5,000 for our services. This will typically be paid by the seller for our area. What this means to a buyer is the potential to receive a 1% cash incentive by using our services if the seller is offer more than 2% to a buyers agent (which happens frequently). Back to the seller -- A seller listing with us would be charged 1% for our listing and recommended to pay the buyers agent 2%, this will reduce the cost of sale to the seller by 100% -- Many sellers are advised to pay 6% total commission -- 3% to the selling agent & 3% to the buyers agent.

What we are wanting to accomplish with our logo -- the same thing everyone else wants to -- branding, identity, and cool factor. Our company is based on simple, and clean we also love quirky & comical the winner will be the person who can most likely blend these elements and maintain a professional feel.

  Thank you for the entry. The logo does not grab me. I believe the rigidity of the house with the flow of the pathway is off. Overall I would abandon the concept and go a different direction.
