Contest Brief

I will ultimately require a website for EthicalUnderstanding.com.au This site is in response to the 2015 Australian Curriculum, which states -

students (will) develop ethical understanding as they identify and investigate the nature of ethical concepts, values and character traits, and understand how reasoning can assist ethical judgment. Ethical understanding involves students in building a strong personal and socially oriented ethical outlook that helps them to manage context, conflict and uncertainty, and to develop an awareness of the influence that their values and behaviour have on others.

The logo must be interesting, immediately understandable and catchy for both students / parents / teachers. The ethics curriculum is about Making a Difference. The logo must also INSPIRE. It must encapsulate the notion of to quest and question.

I require a small e?u logo and longer Ethical?Understanding logo in jpg and png formats. A draft of what I'm after is attached.

Please note, I'm not a fan of italicised logos.

Thanks!

I have a design and print industry background. As such, I am pretty clear on how to identify my logo draft, a point correctly noted by hassan22as. He seems to have followed the brief as requested. To be entirely honest, I am disappointed by the vast majority of competition entries who do not appear to have read the brief and submitted hugely over-the-top designs, when I am after class and simplicity.

Hi! Many images have placed a ? at the end of the word Ethical. This seems to suggest that I am not sure about the word, when in fact, is it critically important. As such, all of those options won't work. Please incorporate question mark through the words, either in a subtle colour or as background. Also, my draft was in black simply because this is the scanner I have. I'm not looking for pinks or bright primary colours, but stylish dark greens, purples, plum . . . most welcome.

Hello! I am really looking for stripped back simplicity and style. Those which have been removed have been because, for me, they are too 'busy'.
