Logo to be delivered as an EPS Vector at minimum. Also the ai file if possible.

I want a logo designed for my business. The business does work shops and sells games that teach emotional intelligence (how to deal with stress, how to work as a team, how to communicate more effectively). I want the word EQgrow in the logo, with The "EQ" a different colur to the word "grow" but please still have them together "EQgrow". EQ stands for emotional quotient like IQ. As an influence in the logo, think apple computer branding (not the apple) (smooth and sleek) and colour splash, like the link below from a "colour splash" google images search.
