Design a Logo for 'deltora' leather fashion label

Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for my new leather fashion label. The company will cater for customers shopping in the higher end of the market, as in my products will be sold in expensive boutique shops in expensive city areas. So the look and feel has to be somewhat luxury and have a designer label feel.

I am requiring just the logo itself, as i do have the font/type face selected already. I have also attached the name and font for you to have a look at.

The basic idea of the logo is to somehow resemble a double headed eagle/phoenix bird. This is the family crest for the name 'deltora'. However i dont want your typical family crest looking bird. Though something quite simple and striking that could also be interpreted as a two headed bird.

I also like the look of a circle logo, just in general, though i am open to anything.
