Care Connect
A platform that provides integration without switching out legacy or loosing system specialization. It is a technology platform that seamlessly integrates clinical systems with a turn key hospital solution for EMR adoption. Physicians are able to have remote workflow functionality by creating an internetwork of hospital integrated environment. This allows market access to hospitals with a standard platform.
Care Connect is compatible on any system provides a communications interface to EMR and has translation protocols for data abstraction/ Storage. Access to unsupported data is maintained while integrating remaining systems.
For physicians, It provides synchronization of systems, remote care management access, and automated reporting with notifications. This allows physicians to automate responses.
