  I add the logo to the website with photoshop.
  
  have you tried the PNG file logo to the website? the PNG file is backgroundless,
  for the size, maybe you can change the setting for logo space on top in the web script.

     photo is too big 1500 * 1000, i changed, less pixels, and i blended out one layer with the dark background, but i still can see it, and if it will be the white background then on the page it is also white. I want to be like it the picture, with no background, just the name.

     use the PNG file, PNG file can support "no-background" image.
     
     If the PNG file is too big, you can changed it to less pixels,
     
     remember, save-as PNG file and without background.
