Baja Wild sells ultra frozen fish from Baja California, México.
In the name: Baja is for the region. Wild is for the fish precedence, because all products was captured in natural environment (is not from aquaculture).
Baja Wild work with small town of fisherman, to provide excellent fish to restaurants in bigger cities from Mexico.
To preserve the products Baja Wild use a very special frizz process with nitrogen and vacuum package. This combination offers the maximum safety from fish consumer.
The logo needs express safety, and wild character from the precedence.
