Contest Brief

I am in the process of rebranding and shifting the focus of my accounting company and its online presence, so I need a logo to be designed.

The brand is called is called "AccountLancer" and the slogan is "Accounting for Freelancers" (obviously enough!).

What I'm looking for is something modern, maybe a little edgy but I'm not exactly sure. I have attached the old company logo which you can use for ideas as well as for the color options I am looking to use.

I am not looking for cartoonish designs, nor am I looking for something thrown together that can resemble a child's art project. The design(s) you submit should be representative of something you would put on your own website (assuming you are professional enough to care about your branding and image) or something you would submit to your boss if you worked in a graphic design firm.

In other words, professional-looking designs only will be considered.

I see a lot of logo submissions, but not many that follow any of the items in the brief. It is stated that there is a file attached showing the colors that are to be used and a guide for the type of logo style desired so please use it as a guide.
