Contest Brief

I need a fresh & contemporary logo that incorporates the business name "Cairns UAV".
Ideally it would incorporate a graphic that depicts a commercial UAV (drone).
It also needs to synergise(especially colours) with an existing business "HDeVolution", and I have attached the existing logos associated with it.
The finished image needs to be on a transparent background in photoshop "eps".
Thanks!

Please refer to the brief.....the new log has to be a new logo incorporating the name "Cairns UAV", not a re-work in any way of the attached images.
