The company name is Revol Technologies

We specialize in patented custom fit technology related to custom fit earphones.

The products look something like the following:

They are NOT headphones (over the head).

We need a smart, clean, and cool looking tech logo.

Any pictures of earphone buds should NOT BE in the shape of regular earphone buds, they should be in the custom shape shown in the link provided.

Most of the logos right now use the entire words Revols Technology... I would love to see what designers come up with just using the R from revols and somehow making that into the logo.

I will obviously need all standard file formats if there is a winner.

Is your startup going to produce only one design, or are you in the 'headphones business / audio peripherals' altogether? I'm asking since having an explicit image of headphones limits the brand to a single design type, and may present a challenge if you expand your product portfolio. If you grow beyond this design (say you offer a pair of wireless earphones) , you'll be needing a new logo, and lose the momentum built behind the brand.

  I see, thank you. The unique shape of the bud is likely not going to come across accurately in the logo, and still appear like headphones to the average person. There is a good reason why almost all leading headphone brands do not incorporate the shape of their product into their company logo. Think Bose, Audio-Technica, Senheizzer, Monster, V-Moda. Their logos feature abstract marks or letter marks. The closest to what you're after is likely Beats, who did an amazing job of using the letter 'b' in a way that make it look like headphones. Note that they did it in a way that is subtle enough that they can still feature their logo on their newly released speaker set. In fact, the resemblance to headphone is so subtle that many people don't even recognize it and just read it as a 'b' inside a disk.

  I actually find that #38 and #37 get across the unique shape quite well. However i do agree that it would be nice to see a logo similar to how beats did one... That would be interesting

Thank you all for participating, there are already some really great logos here. One thing i would like to see changed on many of yours is the buds of the headphone.. They should not look like regular headphones, they should be more in the shape of what the actual ear looks like. http://www.wired.com/images/productreviews/2009/05/pr_WiredEarphones_f.jpg Number 3 is a perfect example.
