Design a Logo for A scuba Diving Store

I am creating a website for a newly opened scuba dive store.

They had created a logo themselves (see the file attached) which looks a bit amateurish.

I would like this logo worked on and made to look more professional.

As they have already put a sign up with the logo on the front of the store i don't want to alter it greatly.
probably keeping the round shape, the diver and the turtle.

The words "Jomtien Dive Center" could be placed next to the logo itself.

Logo should be supplied as a PSD a
Also a PNG that can be used to be placed in the corner of photos; you can see from this the current logo does not look good when placed on a black background
