Hello,
My name is Ahmed Mukhtar from a Real Estate company in Dubai. Our company is planning to change the logo already made to a different logo. Here is the original logo which the company is currently using

- We need a logo which is
1) professional
2) Creative
3) Relevant to Real Estate industry (more preferably depicting the typical skyline of Dubai as attached in the picture)
4) Meaningful.

Note:
1) The picture of the bird as mentioned in the logo SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED (you can change its color, shades etc though but not the overall picture). Hence the major part of the logo remains unchanged. The work has to be done in the color, shades, fonts etc and other parts of the logo.

2) As you can see, in the original logo, the head of the bird is not cropped well (I cropped it manually). We expect the designer to fix that as well.

3) The skyline picture as attached shows a main art view of Dubai. We want to see some glimpse of it in the logo. (but its not mandatory to do so)

We would be glad to see some creative logo which can give a touch of typical infrastructural view of the city.

You can coordinate with me anytime during the designing phase for the feedback. I will be glad to give to positive suggestions to help you understanding what the company wants.

It seems like the building as a whole makes the logo very complex. All the logos with the buildings there is not liked by most of the company employees after voting among them. We prefer simplicity as well. As far as you guys make the logo creative enough to incorporate the buildings, attempt it. Elase

I have attached skyline view of Dubai. this would be helpful to incoporate the Dubai's glimpse in the logo. Please check and try it a bit in your logos too (but its not mandatory to do so, just an option to consider)

As I mentioned,
1. The buildings to be put in the logo is not mandatory.
2. Please dont make the logo too much crowded. try to incoporate the bird, name and building (optional) in a way which makes it look simple
3. Here in Dubai, the buildings have a certain style (as shown in the picture i attached). Please dont put up random buildings if you choose to put buildings up.
