The name of the company is PeopleWare LTD , it is a new company that develop software and give consulting the logo must
1) have a visual effect which strikes the audience and make them think of information technology
2) there must be a balance in size and colours, it can't be very colourful, however the logo must look good in colour and in black and white
3) Must be of good resolution,so that it can be used in large dimension and even on small dimension,font also must be visible when scaled down.
A personal request,use a font which is not common,something which looks innovative
4) Delivery of the final design or logo is done in a gimp file, .xcf
5) Do not hesitate to inbox sketches or images of your ideas while progressing with the design in order to meet the expected requirement
