I am looking to have a logo made for a new website that will take the neighborhoods of a city and rank their quality of living according to user preferences.

The name is "NeighboRank".... I am looking for any kind of idea with the logo, preferably something clean, colorful, and related to the topic of the website.

Payout is not particularly high on this, but if I like a certain design there will be more work to follow that I will hire for.
