I need a logo for "NEGOTIUM Management", a Service Company of consulting in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Finances and so on. The company will help to grow up micro-enterprises and SMEs .

The logo must be beautifull with a big "N" different from the rest of the character and the "Management" text must be in a smaller text. I would like to see the "N" like an growing arrow in a graphical board or anything showing a growing picture.

I attach a file to see what i would like to have.
