Contest Brief

We require a typographical/iconic modern simplistic logo design for "Broadwater Shores". view www.broadwatershores.com.au to understand the business.

A bold modern style font should be used, we like the colour of a dark and light blue to be incorporated on a white background, however we are also open to your ideas on colour themes for a modern apartment complex.

Do not present your design submissions in a perspective view mock up, we need to see designs straight on view on a white background.

The final files set must include a Illustrator CS5 working file + fonts.
