Company Name: ETHOS
Product: An online platform for organisations to promote positive health, wellbeing and social behaviours among staff.
Target customer type: Professional service firms
Logo design brief:
- Logo must symbolise what the program is trying to achieve (e.g. better work-life balance);
- Preference for simplicity, symmetry and strength;
- Text can be uppercase or lowercase;
- Black & white, greyscale or colour.
Attached is a basic design that I created myself to give some guidance, I liked the concept of the balanced scales (but new ideas welcomed).

Dear contestants, Thank you very much for your contributions and engagement. I enjoyed looking at all of them and some are more appealing than others. I noticed a lot of entries incorporated green leaves or something around the "eco" theme. I think this would give brand confusion as the business is about employee balance and wellbeing (exercise, stress, diet, health) rather than "being green". I would like to see some entries that try to adapt my original logo design incorporating the balanced scales. I think this concept portrays the business well but I wasn't happy with my own amateur efforts. Many thanks!

Dear contestants, thank you all again for you new entries. I am grateful for the time you have committed to entering the contest and am happy with the many different ways that my corporate identity could be taken as a result. I noticed again that some of the new entries still incorporate the "green" or "ecological" theme. Just to clarify once more, my startup is aimed at staff wellbeing and promoting better work-life balance amongst employees in sedentary jobs (e.g. be more active, look after their health, eat healthier foods, reduce alcohol consumption, reduce stress, be more social etc). Therefore, I think the "eco" theme is not really the right fit for the logo. I just wanted to clarify that it is NOT a startup aimed to improve the ecological sustainability of a company, which is why I think some of you have pushed the green theme. Thank you again and it is going to be a tough job to choose a winner!
