I need a simple but sharp logo designed.

Black on white background
black on transparent background

jpg
vector if possible

Future work/job/contest
After this i will need a banner for website/facebook/youtube/twitter/google +
fitting into all the demensions correctly

From then on i plan to bring in more work.
