I have deleted the icon file. We would like for designers to focus more on the text of Select Sports Locator. Just focusing on the icon is not really where we need the help on, its more important to deal with the text side of the logo. We would like different typography that's not standard, we know how to change from Arial, Helvetica, etc, that's not creative. Please be creative using typography that you can't normally get. Thanks for all your input but we need choices that are much more creative!!

Hi, we an Internet publishing and directory service for sports clubs and athletes. Our team of designers and programmers are just way too busy and too far into the project to clearly think about the logo side right now. We started to take on this part but feel it's not wise to get bogged down with it since everyone is wearing 3 or 4 hats, so we thought to post a contest to have one created, no shame in getting help these days :-) If you can take a look at the site and what we do, maybe the creative juices will flow in the right direction.
