Hey guys, I need a banner 300x250 for a Binary Options offer.

The most important part is:

I NEED HIGH CLICK RATES ON THE BANNER... It will be shown on big sites (huge traffic amounts) like streamcloud etc...

I don't need some serious thing... more even like "OH MY GOD, YOU CAN EARN A LOT OF MONEY THERE...!" and "OH MY GOD, I DON'T NEED EXPERIENCE FOR THAT" ;) u understand? I hope so...

It's for the german market but u can create one in english and I'll change it to german (need psd file)... But in german would be better...
